Description
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Completes construction projects by organizing and controlling all project elements.
Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
Supervise all manpower and sub-contractors
Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
Prepares project status reports and prepare progress reports and billings
Willing to be assigned on project sites (Metro Manila and nearby provinces)

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Tagalog

Availability for change of residence: Yes
