PROJECT ENGINEER (RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT)
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of Civil Engineer
With at least 1 year experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing of materials estimates, site management, and land development;
With excellent written and verbal written communication skills;
Willing to work long hours and withstand work pressure;
Computer literate especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint;
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN AUTOCAD;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares status reports and updates with regards to construction, and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules;
Prepares billings for contractors and payroll for site admin workers;
Prepares a description and timeline of the project;
Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site;
Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations;
Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction.
