Job Descriptions
In-charge of assigned projects.
Willing to supervise / lead subordinates as necessary.
Conduct ocular inspection for actual materials or equipment(s) required for project(s).
Estimate(s) materials take off for particular project(s).
Outright QC/QA of assigned project if there's noticeable error or needs correction on a particular work(s).
Attend weekly project meeting.
Monitor project construction progress and coordinate with Accounting In-charge personnel for billing purposes.
Supports accounting personnel for billing reconciliations at site.
Willing to undergo trainings if required/ necessary for certain project.
Must be fully aware of the materials count or inventory of assigned project.
Willing to accept/supervise project(s) of the company outside Metro Manila.
Willing to work on Sundays and holidays, if there is call for duty.
Must submit comprehensive report on daily basis or as per completed activity to immediate superior.
Must be familiar with the status of project at all times.
Provide material breakdown and scope of works for potential projects.

Bachelor's (Required)
License:
COSH TRAINING (Preferred)
Registered Electrical Engineer (Preferred)
Language:
Tagalog and English (Preferred)
