We are looking for experienced Project Engineers to support and lead capital projects focused on new production line installations, capacity expansions, and utilities improvements within a high-volume beverage manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring that plant equipment, production systems, and infrastructure upgrades are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new production machinery and processing systems to support increased output and operational efficiency.
Oversee projects involving plant utilities, processing equipment, packaging machinery, and CSA (civil, structural, and architectural) works.
Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination to meet scope, cost, and timeline objectives.
Work closely with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and external contractors to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and systems.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.
Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment, preferably involving plant operations, production systems, or equipment installation projects.
Hands-on experience in commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of production machinery or processing equipment.
Familiarity with project implementation processes, including scheduling, resource coordination, and contractor supervision.
Strong understanding of plant utilities, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices.
Proficiency in SAP or similar systems, and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, production, and quality teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
