Job Responsibilities:
• Create Procurement Log
• Create Submittal Log
• Create & Maintain Subcontractor Safety Documents
• Create & Distribute Welcome Letter & Submittal Request Letter
• Process RFIs
• Process Submittals
• Create Meeting Agenda
• Process Meeting Minutes (Weekly OAC Meeting, Coordination Meeting, etc.)
• Create & Maintain Closeout & Owner Training Log
• Create & Distribute Closeout Letter
• Create & Issue Closeout Letter
• Create Digital Closeout (Folder Structure, Project Directory, As-builts, Operations & Maintenance Manual)
• Create, maintain, and distribute Punch List Log
Required Skills
• Must speak, read and write fluent English Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in reading construction plans, drawings, and specifications Project Management skills
• Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet all deadlines
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction related field
• 1 year minimum combined work experience in building construction and estimating
• Proficient with the following software programs: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), BlueBeam, Box, CMiC, PlanGrid
Experience Advantage
• Worked night shift
• Had a background in BPO setup
Work Schedule: 11pm - 8am (Monday to Friday)
