- Provides technical expertise on the execution of the Project
- In Charge of Quality and Forward Planning
- Handles Site Engineering and Project Completion
- Reviews detailed design and other documents
- Prepares work schedule and Plan
- Attend Site Construction Meeting and Coordinated with Architect and Contractor
- Reviews and Monitors Site Progress and Quality
- Monitors manpower onsite
- Revews weekly and monthly progress report
- Prepared Settlement and Close out report
- Manages Zero Change Order
- Personally Inspects Site and Material Quality
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
