QUALIFICATIONS OF A PROJECT ENGINEER "MECHANICAL"
1. Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
2. At least 2yrs of experience handling Ventilation and Air Conditioning System of a mid-rise building
3. Knowledge in estimate and design mechanical works is an ADVANTAGE
4. Knowledge in MS Office, Auto CADD & other related Mechanical Engr software's
5. With good moral character
6. Willing to be assigned in the Project Site "Pasig"
JOB DESCRIPTION OF A PROJECT ENGINEER "MECHANICAL"
1. Preparation of Bill of materials for the additional works
2. Preparation of design for Ventilation and Air-conditioning system
3. Preparation of Material Requests and Progress reports
4. Ensure that mechanical equipment's and appurtenances are installed complete and correct in the project
5. Spearhead the testing and commissioning of the Air-conditioning and ventilation system of the project
6. Monitor and ensure that the materials delivered by the suppliers are according to plans and specifications
7. Attend meeting with Contractors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers regularly
8. Evaluation & processing of contractor's and Suppliers progress billings as well as change orders
9. Ensure that the project is delivered on time
10. Will perform other related task assign from time to time
