Project Engineer for visayasMGS Construction, Inc.

Job Description:
Responsible for site operations involving structural, architectural, and other related civil and finishing works.
Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
Coordinates and provides technical recommendations regarding structural and civil works to in-house and subcontractors' workers.
Monitors work progress, schedules of in-house and subcontractors' accomplishments, and delivery of materials.
Conducts daily tool box meetings and weekly operations meetings.
Ensures adherence to safety and quality policy and standards.
Prepares accomplishment reports and evaluates progress billings.
Make sure that the in-house manpower requirements are taken care of (sourcing, hiring, etc).
Takes charge in unit turn overs to the respective clients.
Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned to him by his/her superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Licensure in Civil Engineering is an advantage
Background with Vertical, Housing or Land Development works is an advantage
Must have good management and communication skills
Must be dedicated to work, competitive, and a good team player
Must be willing to be assigned in any part of Visayas Region
