QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Must be a professional License Civil Engineer
With a minimum of 5 years experienced in handling/managing Flood Control/Flood Mitigation.
knowledge in cost estimate, quantity take off, scheduling, handling people and equipment
knowledge in Microsoft excel power and etc.
Conscientious in making progress reports.
A background in the preparation of mapping for engineering Irrigation project's needs.
Fluency in the English language is preferred.
Familiar with the project management cycle, supervision and monitoring of the works.
Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance and lead and guide others.
Contract length: 12 months
