PROJECT ENGINEER ELECTRONICS / ECE
Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Can handle multiple projects and will work with technicians and engineers.
Provide resolution to customers’ inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
Plot and organize daily schedule for the service technical team in the field.
Develop effective working relationship with customers.
Explains customers’ concerns, complaints, and problems and discuss solution to technical team.
Escalate customers’ complaints and problems through the appropriate channel.
Knowledgeable of IT auxiliary systems (FDAS, structured cabling) is preferable.
