Job Description :
Ensuring that project needs are completely covered in terms of materials and or manpower supply.
Ensuring that all works are completely coordinated to both client and all work disciplines specifically civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural.
Ensuring that all works are reported to the project in-charge and or immediate supervisor in a regular manner.
Preparing material specifications for the approval of an immediate supervisor to ensure on-time and precise procurement.
Preparing estimates and material take-off.
Monitoring work progress and prepares a report for submission to the project in-charge in a regular manner.
Scheduling adequate work for all his/her subordinates and preparing overtime requests as work demands.
Projecting manpower possible demobilization
Assisting PIC in setting-up a project.
Technically assists the Superintendent.
Researches possible cost-cutting ideas
Generates shop drawings and designs as work demands
Reports work progress to the PIC
Prepares material take-off.
Prepares Request for Quotation (RFQ) and PR for procurement.
Monitoring technically all works to ensure boundaries of work is within the specified Scope of Work.
Inspects/checks the availability of required materials and deliveries to suit required ordered material specifications.
Estimates required effort-hour for a specific job and relay to superintendent/s
Preparing detailed sketches for proper installation.
Assisting and cooperating in controlling cost.
Ensuring quality work.
Providing security and discipline to his/her subordinates.
Providing reports and needed documents to PIC on completed works.
Accounting site manpower and preparing daily work activities.
Executing all company rules and regulations to his/her subordinates.
Logging all works on a daily basis
Making sure that all works are completed with superior quality, on track with the project schedule, and within the estimated budget.
Assessing and recommending his/her subordinates for possible promotion or demotion.
Providing technical assistance to the workforce.
Ensuring that all works will be completed and conducted safely.
Ensuring that all project required paper works are done and signed-off for project closeout and submitted to PIC.
Performs subordinate's duties and responsibilities in their absence.
