Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
Self-motivated and can work effectively in team or individual situations
Highly analytical and technically competent
Driver's license preferred but not required.
Hands on experience on CAD is advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Can handle multiple projects and will work with technicians and engineers.
Provide resolution to customers' inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
Plot and organize daily schedule for the service technical team in field and in in-house.
Develop effective working relationship with customers.
Explains customers' concerns, complaints, and problems and discuss solution to technical team.
Escalate customers' complaints and problems through the appropriate channel
Knowledgeable of IT auxiliary systems is preferable but not required.
