The Project Development Associate will be part of the Project Strategic Management Group (PSMG) of Amaia, which oversees Amaia's residential projects from land acquisition to project conceptualization and planning to execution. This Group serves as t The Project Development Associate will be part of the Project Strategic Management Group (PSMG) of Amaia, which oversees Amaia's residential projects from land acquisition to project conceptualization and planning to execution. This Group serves as the project proponent and manages the entire project in coordination with the various support units. Given the exposure to all aspects of the business, the position is an excellent training ground and offers a rich springboard to various other functions within the company. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 1-3 years work experience is preferred, but not required Background in business management is preferred, but not required Required skill(s): good quantitaive and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, should have good finance skills and should be able to complete our finance/cash flow assessment
