The Project Development Associate will be part of the Project Strategic Management Group (PSMG) of Amaia, which oversees Amaia's residential projects from land acquisition to project conceptualization and planning to execution. This Group serves as the project proponent and manages the entire project in coordination with the various support units. Given the exposure to all aspects of the business, the position is an excellent training ground and offers a rich springboard to various other functions within the company. The job would entail the following:
- Preparation of market, feasibility and financial studies
- Project conceptualization and establishment of project parameters
- Overseeing the planning process in coordination with the Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing and External Affairs units
- Preparation, management and monitoring of project budget
- Preparation of various presentations, reports and updates for Upper Management
- Various other tasks related to project development
- The associate will be assigned initially to Metro Manila or South of Manila Projects
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
1-3 years work experience is preferred, but not required
Good quantitative and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Background in business management is preferred, but not required
