Job Description
· 100% Success rate on project rollouts for globel eLearning courses.
· Maintain and improve affiliate satisfaction through strong working relationships, successful implementation initiatives and delivering value at all times.
· Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orient an affiliate, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with affiliates about concerns.
· Must be able to always evaluate impact to the bigger picture and develop working solutions to issues as they arise.
· Responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions are executed for all implementation activity.
· Consulting: Be able to lead "Current State and Future state" assessments around functionality and/or processes. This will include white boarding, utilizing MS Visio and determining business improvement areas.
· Teamwork: Work closely with Global Teamates, Vendors and/or other SGS business line to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying affiliate needs and follow-up activities.
· Project Management: Responsible for providing Global Teamates and/or stakeholders with updates to priorities, project schedules, project plans etc.
· Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to reporting Group HR and/or stakeholders.
Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred
· 3 - 5 + years software project management experience
· Preferable to have experience in managing (Learning Management Systems)
· Experience in Training or Service Industry Sector.
· Experience of rolling out global software programs.
· Must be fluent in English language (verbal and written)
· Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
· Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.
