PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Minimum Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
· Required language(s): English, Filipino
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel
· Preferably with experience in estimating Corporate and Commercial Interiors (Fit-out Projects)
· Good ability in the following areas: Estimates, Quantity Take-off, Cost Engineering, Cost Analysis, Bidding / Procurement, Contract Documentation, and QC Post-contract works
· Ability to manage time and strictly meet project deadlines
· Good written and communication skills
· Has initiative and can work under minimal supervision
· Resourceful, organized, responsible, and hardworking
· Detail oriented
· Full-Time position available
General responsibilities:
· Preparing initial budget estimates and realistic cash flow projections
· Conducting quantity take-off and estimates
· Representing bid conferences and project meetings, analyze tender submissions, prepare bid evaluation reports, and recommends tender awards for bid negotiations
· Establishing financial analysis and projections
· Preparing and evaluating monthly progress billing statements; evaluate and transact variation/ change order claims, maintains updated list of all bonds and insurances reflecting validity and expiration dates of contracts; prepare report on contractors/ suppliers final account close-out
· Preparing, calculating and controlling budgets for man-hours, equipment and materials
