Responsibilities:
The Project Control Engineer will be responsible for managing and controlling various aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles.
Develop and maintain project schedules, collaborating with project managers and team members to define activities, estimate durations, sequence tasks, and establish milestones.
Review project cost estimates by analyzing scope of work, resource requirements, and market conditions. Monitor project expenditure against the budget and provide cost forecasts to stakeholders.
Prepare BOQ3
Track project progress by collecting data on completed activities, work in progress, and remaining tasks. Update project schedules accordingly and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical or Electrical).
With 2 years experience in the field of project and control in a construction industry is an advantage
Proven experience in project controls or project management.
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera 6.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret project performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with document control procedures and project documentation.
To be assigned at the Head Office (Quezon, City)
