Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the project revenue and cost management (Budget vs. Actual), variances analyses & profit and loss reporting; including revenue and cost forecasting, modelling and reporting and project closeout administration.
Job Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy or related course.
With at least 5 years of experience in project cost accounting in the real estate industry.
Highly analytical, trainable and can work with minimum supervision.
