Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering / Accounting
Knowledgeable in Project Costing
Able to work under pressure
Willing to undergo training and render overtime work
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews and monitors all project expenses in coordination with the accounting department
Monitors budget for Project expenses in coordination with the accounting department
Reviews and monitors on actual project cost versus budget cost
Reconciles and reports weekly on project expenses in coordination with the accounting department
Coordinates with project Engineers on the accomplishment reports of their project to set up weekly progress billing
Monitors and reviews materials inventory
Verifies record against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count
Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies between records and physical count of stock
Coordinates with project officer-in-charge regarding project items and/or documents pending to be delivered or accomplished
Reviews, validates and reconciles bill of materials on WS with actual cost at PO
