What you'll do at Insight
Facilitate the Insight PMO Delivery Methodology, which includes, but not limited to, :
o Internal transition meeting
o Customer Kickoff meeting
o Weekly status reports
o Weekly project forecasting
o Weekly project timesheet approvals
o Project close out meeting
Act as liaison and/or interface to different business units.
Assist with billing.
Act as client interface as needed.
Create and update Meeting Minutes and Issues Log, as needed.
Maintain project files and Workbook.
Track project deliverables
Review and monitor project schedules.
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for client and Insight.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to join Insight
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to multitask and manage/coordinate complex client facing engagements concurrently while maintaining client service levels and timelines.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and resource contentions, while working with large groups across multiple locations.
Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be proficient in MS Project.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints a must.
