PROJECT COORDINATOR The role of the Project Co-Ordinator is to co-ordinate the efficient delivery of our Assurance, Engineering and Consulting projects - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and with exceptional customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the respective Delivery team leads for Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting (GRC), Assurance services and on occasion Engineering, through effective stakeholder engagement and management. This role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources and tasks, arranging customer meetings, drafting and delivering internal and external communications surrounding each project, supporting the Delivery team through the implementation of their recommendations and collating and analysing data. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Co-ordination Working with the wider Assurance and Consulting teams, to ensure successful delivery of all consulting services, through effective engagement and customer management Assist with workflows of the consulting teams under their direction, to ensure optimal resource utilization and project execution Act as project implementation lead for Palo Alto/Arrow, Microsoft and other new technologies that we bring into the business Act as the customer relationship lead for all delivery functions Precursive project management for Assurance and Consulting divisions Project management reporting for Consulting and Assurance division. Additionally, reporting on churn/ cancellation reconciliation figures, plus Sales and Delivery performance Maintain excellent Salesforce and Precursive hygiene Be the go-to person for all internal enquiries relating to the Delivery-centric projects Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders Assist with project planning and mapping for the business Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, as required Draft responses to internal and external stakeholders and service providers Implementation Service Support Engaging with our customers you will be the conduit to ensure our customers are being heard and their feedback is being implemented Responding to client questionnaires Client scheduling Collate data and assist with reporting Proposal and SoW drafting and quality control Precursive super user Manage the work of the Assurance and GRC teams, to ensure optimal resource utilization and engagement execution Sales team liaison Resource scheduling Working with the wider to team ensure customer satisfaction and NPS scores are met or exceeded Ensuring Quality Control standards are met and maintained throughout each engagement Help reviewing business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables and identify opportunities and risks Working with the COO to turn data insights into actionable outcomes to improve customer experience and ROI Working with the wider team, you will provide support through: Email Phone Screenshare Online Chat Responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality user documentation and education materials to assist in self-service for our customers Outcomes and measures Ensure successful delivery of all consulting services, through effective engagement and customer management Delivery of quality administrative functions within an agreed timeframe Working with the COO and divisional leaders to meet assigned revenue targets through the successful delivery of projects - on time and budget Manage the workflows of the consulting teams under their direction to ensure optimal resource utilisation and project execution Professional skills, qualifications and experience Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar Project Co-Ordinator position, within a business with significant stakeholder experience Advanced computer literacy skills including competency in Office 365: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint A strong understanding of small business and its requirements Previous people management experience Experience in sorting and analysing data and preparing reports Prior experience assisting with the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and engagement management Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk Demonstrated ability to manage technical personnel and processes associated with software sales and related professional services Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills Outcomes and measures Ensure successful delivery of all professional services, through effective engagement and customer management Delivery of quality administrative functions within an agreed timeframe Working with the COO and divisional leaders to meet assigned revenue and utilization targets through the successful delivery of projects - on time and within budget Manage the workflows of the consulting teams under their direction to ensure optimal resource utilization and project execution Be the central point of contact for delivery reporting WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar Project Co-Ordinator position, in a business with significant stakeholder experience Advanced computer literacy skills, including competency in Office 365: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in sorting and analysing data and preparing reports Prior experience assisting with the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and engagement management Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skill
