Project CoordinatorControl One

This is a remote position.
We're seeking a permanent Project Coordinator who wants to grow to their full potential with our team and company for years to come!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help keep each of Control One's projects in compliance with our guidelines
Ensure projects are moving through in a timely manner by fulfilling defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Create detailed work requests for the installation team, based on client objectives, using our existing forms and technology
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, installers, and Accounting to purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee installation efficiency
Consistently follow up and communicate with sales reps and clients on projects/tasks
Intake and follow up on customer complaints
Prepare and manage account service-related documents such as project quotations, timelines, project briefs, meeting agendas, and other communications
Record/ File maintenance through CRM programs, spreadsheets, and calendars
Treat all team members and customers with courtesy and respect, in keeping with our company culture
Requirements
Must be amenable to work 34 hrs per week, during U.S business hours
Shifts are 6 hours Tuesday to Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday (PHT)
Depending on the shift and time of year, this ranges from 12am - 3 pm (PHT)
Working knowledge of project management software, systems and applications such as Zoho Projects, Jira, BaseCamp, Github, Bitbucket etc.
Customer facing project coordinator/administration role.
Excellent oral and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness
Strong organizational skills within highly dynamic changing environment
Quality USB Headset with noise cancellation technology
Personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a back-up plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes of an outage
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or any related field of studies
3+ year's experience working in Solar industry a plus
Familiarity with all aspects of the solar installation process, including: site survey, planning, permitting, procurement, install coordination, and PTO with various utilities
