Translate, analyze and transfer client's requests to project team members during the whole development process
Team management: ensure all team members' performance to achieve assigned targets: project quality, timeline through daily staff management, motivation, coaching and evaluation.
PJT management: understand project's target and achieve with all members. ensure project timeline and follow process, reporting to customers and doing feedback to members timely.
Client management: be a key contact point between client in Japan and team members in Philippines; handle all clients' requirements; discuss and dealing with all issues raised if any
Daily Task:
Managing and processing email, communicating with clients.
Daily planning.
Following and ensuring the process of the project.
Reporting process of project weekly and monthly
Task on each stage of project:
Beginning of project: Research, set plan and get ready.
During the project: Manage and monitor the project, change strategies and methods to enhance project productivity and quality.
Ending of project: Summarize and test products before delivering to clients.
Proficient in Japanese language. N2 JLPT Passer.
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Attention to details even under pressure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work teamwork as well as work independently
The enthusiasm, creativity and a high sense of responsibility to complete the assigned work
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Required:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
Good to have:
Has at least 1 year of employment experience in Japan
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
