This role will support the Enablement Manager and Enablement leader on the operational realization of EY's Global CR program by project managing and actioning various core operational activities including risk management, financial management and process improvement which are fundamental to the success of the wider program.

Your key responsibilities
Risk review process coordination (35%):
Understand the Global Risk process to be adhered to and develop good relationships across the various Risk functions to ensure process compliance and problem-solving on behalf of Global CR
Confidently coordinating Global CR risk management activities
Manage the day to day monitoring of Global CR governance processes
Global CR invoice management (35%):
Maintain Global CR invoice tracker
Take responsibility for tracking invoices through to payment
Support Global CR team members and local stakeholders by providing timely updates
Manage queries in relation to the invoice process, review of invoice details, supporting documentation (e.g. vendor forms)
Perform a monthly analysis of finance reports
Support with the hard-close year-end processes of preparing and submitting the accruals request and tracking invoices against accruals
Ad-hoc Enablement support (30%):
Support Enablement with ad-hoc process improvement activities
Provide support for stakeholder meetings with recording, presentation and other teaming activities
Maintain the Global CR GLMS
Maintain Global CR onboarding materials and organisation chart
Maintain and manage the EY Ripples Master engagement code listing
Skills and attributes for success
+5 years of proffesional working experience
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - both written and oral - capable of maintaining strong relationships
Rigorous project management, organisation and prioritisation
Demonstrate attention to detail even under pressure
Strong stakeholder management, including listening to their concerns and influencing their actions.
Ability to network or manage upwards when query exceeds knowledge
Commitment to continuous learning and networks development ie, documentation of new knowledge to support daily management of tasks, proactively connecting with other parts of the business to streamline processes/problem-solving
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Be proficient in fundamental MS office systems: MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel etc
