PROJECT COORDINATOR - NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
As the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the end-to-end product development life cycle - from planning, management, and coordination, ensuring timely execution of all projects and JTI product advancement in the market.
What will you do
Working closely with market stakeholders, you will plan and execute projects related to packaging, product changes, formats, etc. This includes:
Preparing project briefs, market simulations, preliminary designs, etc.
Managing the workflow and tracking project timelines, ensuring that issues and other causes of delays are proactively addressed
Leading project meetings, reporting project progress and tracking of milestones
Promote a strong and professional collaborative environment as the main point of contact for all cross-functional interactions and transactions
Be knowledgeable in the overall JTI NPD processes including company policies related to product development, local and global regulations, local market requirements and the JTI annual plan
Who are we looking for
Bachelor / University Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
Extensive experience in project management, with proven track record in leading multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum of 3 years experience in theFMCG industry, with exposure to New Product Development (preferably packaging) orMarketing
Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional, diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Business and/or marketingbackgroundis good to have
Experience in project management tools, especially the SAP PLM systemis highly preferred
