Position Overview
We are looking for someone who is a team player and an excellent communicator. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all requests are responded to and processed in a timely manner.
What you'll do at Insight
Monitoring, reviewing, and responding to all incoming client and internal requests for the team.
Perform triage and analyze requests to ensure timely response.
Review and proof reports and ensure correctness of outstanding disposal request.
Initiate sending requests to the client and track responses.
Scheduling of meetings and cadences among internal and external resources as as with the client.
Responsible to update Insight systems with incoming requests.
Creation of client record and requested reports
Provide timely update to our clients.
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Reports directly to SDM for IT disposal.
What you'll need to join Insight
Bachelor's degree Focusing on IT, Business, and other related studies, from four-year College or University
At least 3 years of related work experience in a administrative or coordinator capacity. Preferably in an IT business, asset management/lifecycle environment.
Excellent customer service
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment -ability to reprioritize throughout the day as needed
Microsoft products experience (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Exceptional organizational skills
Reporting skills with a focus on accuracy
Ability to clearly and concisely articulate messages both in written format and verbally
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
