Responsibilities:
- Scheduling in Jobs through the Job Management System
- Putting together quotes.
- Reading over the days prior jobs completed and following up with technicians.
- Assisting two Project Managers with ad hoc tasks.
- Confirm booking/meeting schedules
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same function
- Experience in the Trade or Electrical industry is A MUST.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using computers for a variety of task. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, and other administrative procedures.
- Willing to observe a work schedule of 4 am to 12 pm, Monday to Friday
