Description
Duties and Responsibility
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and
stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting
minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reporting and budgeting.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management work.
• Excellent oral and written, communications, presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Work on site.
