Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates and budgets
Develop and work breakdown structure for the project portfolio
Prepare the master schedule and cost plan, identifying review and approval milestones
Monitor and report on project progress, performance and risks
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Implement risk and contingency management
Manage project changes
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure portfolio delivery within schedule and financial objectives
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Active membership in AACE, PMI, or similar association
Thorough and extensive knowledge on project controls principles, theories, concepts and tools
Experience in monitoring and supporting the project controls functions of consultants and contractors
Experience in the application of scheduling tool, i.e. Primavera P6, MS project, Etc.
Have a good knowledge and experience of the project life cycle for development projects in respect of planning, budgeting, cost and schedule control and change control
5-10 years' experience in managing project controls for the design and construction of development projects
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
