Project Controller (PCO) - IT & Experience Group

Reporting to the Lead, Strategic Planning & Program Management, the Project Controller (PCO) will be responsible for overseeing the progress of projects in our IT portfolio and will play a key role in supporting the IT Directors and Project Managers. He will also ensure compliance with the processes, standards and controls relating to project management and financial aspects.
What is a typical work day?
Monitor project activities, update and supervise the actions in progress by adjusting forecasts and cash flow, managing changes and linking with deadlines;
Contribute to the preparation of month-end reports, project closures, financial year-end processes and the preparation of CAPEX and operational budgets for the IT & Experience group;
Generate and update project reports, financial information and key performance indicators, in order to support the decision making and communicate information with stakeholders;
Suggest and manage changes in project processes. Provide support to managers in the development of the project control structure;
Build strong relationship with business partners to gain strong understanding of IT portfolio and governance expectations and ensure the continuous improvement of support tools and process;
Qualifications demanded:
Bachelor's degree in administration, project management or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of proven project controls experience, including 3 years in an IT department;
PMI certification (an asset);
Proficient with latest project management tools;
Great abilities to analyze information, define problems and develop creative solutions;
Strong leadership;
Bilingual
