Assist the Project Managers with the delivery of projects for our customers encompassing the following Roles / Responsibilities:
Liaising and interacting with Suppliers; Vendors & Carriers for and on behalf of Project Managers
The compilation, reconciliation of artifacts and information to aid in the delivery of projects works.
Co-ordination with Customers, Carriers, Vendors and Company Staff providing updates on items on order and/or requesting additional information as required.
Booking in of Field Services resources or 3rd parties to undertake tasks as per project deliverables as required.
Providing admin level functions to assist the Project Management team (bA Main LoB application)
Data Entry into bA Systems to facilitate efficient delivery of projects assisting the Project Managers.
Undertake small single task delivery components for customers' orders as required.
Requirements
3 years of experience in a related field
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Salary : PHP 40,000 - 60,000
