Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Project Engineer
Complete all project clerical work as directed
Maintains records and files pertaining to specialized activities or programs within the above-mentioned areas
Input and maintain information of various databases; extract data from files and records and make specialized reports as required; modify or devise forms for reporting data.
Compile, prepare and disseminate necessary information for reports and from verbal instructions, letters requesting or giving information or letter dealing with various project activities
Safety / Housekeeping
Monitors, updates attendance of all employees assigned at in the Project
Acts as HR/ Admin in close coordination with HR (head office) in implementing company rules and regulation including disciplinary action
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any technical course.
Proven working experience as a project clerk coordinator/ admin assistant preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Documentation skills and strongly proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and access
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
With good communication skills, self-motivated & with drive to succeed
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Fulltime position available
