PROJECT CIVIL ENGINEER
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Initiates on-site  supervision, progress monitoring, and coordination with the Project Management Team;
Performs Quality Assurance and Quality Check for the assigned projects including sampling and testing for all construction concerns and the like; Prepares and submits progress reports, costs & quantity estimates, construction logbook, and other project management tools to the Project Manager;
Facilitates processing of legal  and regulatory requirements  which includes  to the Office of the Building Official, Department of Public Works & Highways, Bureau of Fire Protection, Electric Cooperatives, DENR, Philippine Cocunut Authority, and other agencies for Building and Occupancy Permit requirements;
Ensures construction punch listings; Conducts meetings with contractors’ representatives and Price- wide opening team on construction progress related reports especially before store openings;
Gathers or observes relocation surveys for lot acquisition;
Performs courtesy visits to local politicians; Facilitate sourcing of electrical supplies and staff houses for CPMD opening team if deemed necessary;
Performs any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time. 
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: Bachelor’s degree in  Civil  Engineering  or related courses
Number of Hours of Relevant Trainings: None-required
Licensure and/or Certification Required: Licensed Civil  Engineer
No. of years of relevant work experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Construction Project Management, in retail industry or similar duties
