The Role
As a Project and Change Management Officer, you will manage the Project implementation requirements of Financial Control (FINCON) arising from new systems, automation, and Bank directions which include planning, executing, monitoring, and closing the project. You will also ensure that the objectives of the project and change initiatives (focusing on changes to processes, job roles and organization structure) are met and best practices embedded in the new systems are fully utilized.
How you'll contribute
Review business requirements for FINCON new/upgrade systems' projects.
Works with the Project and Change Management Officer in preparing related documents on FINCON systems' projects i.e. Service Request Form, Internal Sign-Off sheet, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Tracking Sheet, User Guides, Test Scripts, etc) using the supporting document (test results, product manuals, recommended system enhancement, Business Requirement Document, etc).
Ensures proper execution of UAT (using the centralized test scripts, BRD/MRD, FSD, and checklist to ensure that all business or regulatory requirements are met. Any reservations are properly assessed and mitigated.
Finalizes and updates the Security Matrix & Approval Matrix.
Review documentation of the various processes, policies, and procedures and reports handled, service level agreements, BCP for its completeness, and effectiveness.
Recommends system enhancement using gaps, exceptions, and recommended enhancements noted on the completed project to minimize work-around procedure and system quality.
Optimizes built-in best practices in the new Systems and manages customization on the required deliverables.
What we're looking for
Atleast 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant is an advantage
With exposure in finance and accounting
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of organization and external parties
Good stakeholder management
