We're a technology company that helps start-ups build and grow through mobile and web app development. We have worked with the Salvation Army, the Formula 1, and many rapidly growing start-ups. We are growing 100% year on year and we need a project analyst to help us take that further.
As a Project Analyst, you will also have the opportunity to work with our internal production team that is striving to be the world's #1 product development agency. You will be evolving our costing and resource management process, and you will be collaborating with our CEO and CTO in Australia to make this work.
Responsibilities:
Identify goals, and requirements of projects based on visual designs,
Create your own project scopes and determine project pricing based on your analysis,
Identifying MVPs and potential avenues to increase project success chances,
Determining project timelines and project scope
Identifying long term trends to help us build libraries and tools to reduce development timelines in the long run
Work with project management and development teams to maximise understanding of your scope and project outlines.
The right person for this role:
More than anything, you're someone who enjoys crunching numbers and strategy. Whilst working with the team is an important factor, you will be spending most of your time on project strategy.
Must be a graduate of any business, engineering, IT/software development, or any related course
Ideally 3 years experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst in a software development environment
Advanced understanding of project scoping principles
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis,
A background in development is a benefit, a background in QA or project management is also a benefit.
Excellent English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
Experience in project management and/or data organization
Excellent work ethic, initiative, and organizational skills
A high level of drive, motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
