Voice Call Agent Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
Asking premeditated questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
Gathering, documenting and updating customer database, purchases, and feedback to products
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
Answering customers' questions on the products or issues
Offer solutions based on customers' needs and capabilities
Meeting sales quotas
Prepare and present achievements and KPI's
Voice Call Agent Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year experience of being a voice call agent/call center agent
· Proficient in speaking English and Tagalog
· Proven record of met sales quota
· Good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal, communication, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills
· The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
· Good sales ability
· Working knowledge of relevant computer software
· Able to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
· Able to handle irate customers by keeping a professional, but friendly approach/tone
· BSc/BA is a plus
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Marketing / Advertising / Sales / Promotion / PR 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
