QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least 6 months experience in handling payroll function preferably in Consumer goods setting.
Has the technical-know-how
Knowledge in MS Office Applications
Experience in using ERP/Payroll software is an advantage
Knows how to communicate effectively
Customer oriented
Keen to details
Willing to work on extended hours
Amenable to work in Alabang, Mon-Fri
Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Support in managing payroll functions from Rank and File to Supervisory levels. This includes the consistent coordination with HR for the pre-payroll report, preparation of 2316, final pay computation, payroll reports and other necessary documents related and payroll inquiries.
CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS
