He/she should be in-charge of executing F&B promotions and campaigns among target markets to drive incremental revenue to the hotel.The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge and experience in all F&B marketing works (e.g. advertising, public relations, direct marketing, collaterals and social media) to ensure high quality targeted exposure of the hotel outlets. He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills, good time and task management skills, and is able to get the job done within deadlines.The Project-Based Food & Beverage Marketing Manager will be managing F&B marketing initiatives. He/she shall spearhead email and display advertising of F&B promotions and drive engagement in the hotel's social media platforms. He/she should also ensure that F&B campaigns and events are executed successfully through managing external relationships including all media & third-party suppliers.Other standard responsibilities
