PROJECT-BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide Customer Service through inbound and outbound calls, chat and email channels
• Ask the right questions, to get to the heart of the issue
• Take ownership of customer cases and follow up in a timely manner
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth customer satisfaction
• Escalate issues or improvements to appropriate channels
• Make sure personal qualitative and quantitative targets are met
• Respond to queries from debt collectors
• Process and follow up on forms and requests
• Schedule callback requests
• Contribute to Support Projects
• Assist in Training of (new) colleagues
• Keep up with evolving products to assist customers
• Participate in Training sessions / Team meetings etc.
 
Qualifications:
• Must be at least a graduate of Senior High School
• With at least 6 months to 1 year customer service experience in a call center environment
• Stellar listening skills to analyze customer issues and above average spoken and written English communication skills
• Must have the ability to work with people in a team while solving complex issues
• Amenable to work in a fixed term employment (5-6 months) with potential absorption to a regular position
 
Please note that training is done onsite for at least a month. After training remote work can be arranged with the immediate head.
