Headquartered in Makati, Philippines, the Kalibrr Creatives team is responsible for the organization-wide production and distribution of compelling and resonant content driving the Kalibrr brand and its products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing articles for two sets of audiences - B2B (companies) and B2C (jobseekers). This will be in support of our PR initiatives, brand awareness, and brand building campaigns.
As a Project-based Content Writer, we're not just looking for someone who writes well and is dynamically creative (that's a given). Beyond the talent needed to produce great work, you must possess the work ethic that supports this end: punctuality, consistency, a sense of initiative, and integrity are necessary in order to flourish in this job.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Marketing and Enterprise Partner Lead for content creation
Write articles for 2 official sets of audiences: jobseekers (B2C) and recruiters (B2B), from October to December 2020.
Content breakdown is as follows
6 Articles for our B2B Audience (Each article should be 800 to 1000 words in length.)
6 Articles for our B2C audience (Each article should be 800 to 1000 words in length.)
6 Pre-event Press Release per Webinar (3 B2B Webinars, 3 B2C Webinars)
6 Executive Speech per Webinar (3 B2B Webinars, 3 B2C Webinars)
15 Advice columns for Paul (500 to 800 words)
Press invitations
1 article for B2B and B2C audiences needs to be written and/or published per week
Topics should be relevant to the intended audience
Employer and recruiter (B2B) content can cover topics related to recruitment, hiring, Human Resources, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Future of Work, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership
Jobseeker (B2C) content can cover topics related to starting and building a career, job search tips and preparation, recruitment, and Future of Work
Expert command of the English and Filipino language in both oral and written communication
Original, persuasive writing style that is fun yet professional
Ability to cover a variety of topics: from career development to recruitment & HR practices
Concrete experience in content writing and and content production
Basic understanding of SEO
