The Attorney reviews documents/contracts and conducts responsiveness, relevance, confidentiality, privilege, key or hot document determination and issue coding review and other key tags in relation to a specific legal case/investigation or matter using an electronic discovery platform or solutions. Document/contract review may also be required within a corporate due diligence or regulatory compliance environment. An Attorney also performs contract abstraction, contract review and other contract management-related services in accordance with client specifications, as well as legal research relating to a particular legal issue or data gathering and evaluation exercise using searchable legal information databases. The Attorney should be able to perform his examination quickly and accurately with minimum supervision. Other types of legal support and services, which require the application of legal knowledge and skills, may be required based on client requirements from time to time.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Production (100%)
Performs legal review work on client's documents related to or in pursuit of electronic discovery arising from either a pending litigation or an investigation by a regulatory body.
Performs legal review and provide legal and litigation support as specified by foreign law firms relative to their case.
Reviews contract provisions in accordance to client specifications
Required Skills/Abilties:
Candidate must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
Amenable to work in Makati.
Amenable to work from Mondays to Fridays in any of the shifts available.
Required skill(s): Document Review.
Education and Experience:
Fresh bar passers are encouraged to apply.
Litigation experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

8-hour shift: 6AM - 2PM | 2PM - 10PM
4-hour shift: 6AM - 10AM | 10AM - 2PM | 2PM - 6PM | 6PM - 10PM

What information do we collect?
Integreon collects the following Personal Data from you when you manually or electronically submit this Application Form:
Personal contact information, including any information allowing Integreon to contact you throughout the application process (e.g. full name, home address, e-mail address, and phone number); and
Academic and professional credentials, including any information allowing Integreon to determine qualifications for the role you are applying for (e.g. educational background, work background, affiliation with professional organizations, certifications or licenses)
How do we use your Personal Data?
Integreon collects and uses Personal Data as appropriate to evaluate your application for employment, including but not limited to conducting background checks and interviews. Some job applicant data processing may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations.
When do we share Personal Data?
Integreon may share Personal Data we collect with the third party service providers contracted to provide services on behalf of Integreon for discrete business purposes such as background checks and pre-employment medical exams. Only authorized third party personnel have access to these Personal Data, the exchange of which is facilitated through password-protected electronic copy and email.
Where do we store and process Personal Data?
Integreon will store your Personal Data throughout the application process, the exchange of which between the recruiter and hiring manager will be facilitated through hard copy and email.
Should you be selected for the role, your Personal Data will be stored in printed version on your 201 file and on electronic version on a secured HR database for the duration of your employment. If in the event you are separated from Integreon, we will store the printed version on a 202 file at a secured offsite storage facility of up to five (5) years from the date of your separation. At the end of the said period, Integreon will purge the printed version and only electronic data will be maintained should you require it in the future.
Should you not be selected for the role, your Personal Data will be stored in printed version for thirty (30) days. At the end of the said period, Integreon will purge the printed version. Only selected Personal Data (e.g. full name, contact number, email address, educational background, and work background) will be maintained in a tracker for recruitment analytics purposes. If, in the future, you will decide to reapply, we shall also refer to this tracker to determine your progress and eligibility for reapplication.
How do we secure Personal Data?
Only authorized Integreon personnel has access to your Personal Data, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. Integreon takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the data.
What are your rights in relation to Personal Data?
You may exercise the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
Access. You have the right to obtain from us confirmation if your Personal Data is being processed and certain information in this regard.
Rectification. You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data and to have incomplete data completed.
Objection. You have the right, when we process Personal Data on the grounds of legitimate interests, to object to the processing of your Personal Data for compelling and legitimate reasons relating to your particular situation, except in cases where legal provisions expressly provide for that processing. In addition, you have the right to object at any time where your Personal Data is processed for direct marketing purposes.
Portability. You may receive your Personal Data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit them to other data controllers without hindrance.
Restriction.
