Formulate business strategy with others in the management team
Design policies that align with the overall strategy of the business.
Implement efficient processes and standards that will improve operations.
Lead Marketing campaigns and social media strategy
coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
Ensure compliance with local regulations such as data privacy, etc.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
with a bachelor's degree in any business course
Two to three years project management or administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, financial management, and reporting experience, and writing skills
With the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, communication skills, the ability to work as a team, and willingness to take initiative.
