Description
- Successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a certain project
- Site monitoring and supervision ensuring all works are done as per schedule and on-ground team is mobilized efficiently
- Help maintain ample resources and negotiate deals with potential vendors
- Determine the schedule of labor and resources based on estimation of the critical path for proper demand planning
- Working closely with the upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality of work meets the standards
- Report daily project and site progress with supporting documentation
- Serve as liaison for any management related requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Must be mobile and ready to go on field work anytime
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) (English and Filipino)
- Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
- Knowledgeable in various project management methods
- Strong critical and analytic thinking and problem solving skills
- Confident in leading and managing people
- Technically inclined and excellent attention to details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience is required
- Exposure in construction industry
- Flexible with shifting schedules
- Self-starter; can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment
