Project ArchitectROTAFLEX CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

I. General /Primary Purpose
The position is primarily responsible for the monitoring, design and planning of of a project, closely coordinates with the Documentation Engineer, Project Engineer and top management for costing, estimation and forecasting of project budgets, provides drawings and blueprints and other technical documents needed in a project.
II. Essential Functions
Prepares and makes materials estimation and costing based on the approved structural and building design and ensures that all costs are within the approved budget.
Works closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineers during project implementation or construction to ensure that all approve plans, drawings and estimations are being implemented.
Manage the day-to-day field activities including monitoring of the site labor force (leadmen, foreman, workers) and work of subcontractors to ensure project milestone dates are met.
Ensures that all project designs, drawings and blueprints are in accordance with the approved plans.
Involved in the contract negotiation phase with sub-contractors to ensure that all guidelines and phases of the projects are covered and is complied with so as to achieve cost efficiency.
Conducts and attends Site Inspection and Coordination meeting for updates and possible changes on the project plans.
Prepares billing reports based on the project completion
III. Job Specifications
The candidate must be/have:
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture;
Knowledgeable in Cost Estimations, Planning, Scheduling and Design;
Computer Literate and familiarity with MS Office App, AutoCad, and other software and system related to architectural engineering;
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
