A 168-room Hotel, opening in early 2014, the property is located along Kaoshiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St. Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City. Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes  by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

PROJECT ARCHITECT / ENGINEER
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Architecture.
Familiar with finishing materials and estimates.
Knows how to read working drawings.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Willing to be assigned at the job site.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
To supervise the implementation and quality of all architectural, mechanical, electrical and all other fit-outs of the building.
