Job Description
The Project Administrator is responsible for working with the Service Delivery team, and wider teams, to update the Project Management tool (Asana CRM) on an ongoing basis and ensure all tasks are assigned. They will work together with team members to mark tasks off as they are completed. You will be the right hand to the Service Delivery team.
Responsibilities:
Update Asana (CRM) on an ongoing basis
Work with team members to ensure all project tasks are being completed
Developing Project Plans for project delivery
Ensuring all meeting minutes are being captured in relevant platforms
Qualifications
Must have:
At least 3-5 years relevant work experience
Agile project management methodology knowledge
Exceptional communication skills
With stable internet connection (at least 20mbps download and upload)
With conducive home office set-up
Good to have:
Preferable knowledge of cybersecurity
Preferable experience with Asana (CRM)
