Job Title: Project Administrative Officer - Land Area and Activity Notice
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Master's Degree in Project Management or Business Administration.
Must have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunication.
Strong documentation and communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Ability to work and interact with people at all levels and meet deadlines.
Has strong analytical thinking.
Working knowledge of Fibre Optic deployment requirements.
Understand and able to interpret in building installation plans.
Sound understanding of telecommunications physical construction.
Expertise in Excel and Visio is an advantage.
Job Description:
Perform site validation to identify whether a site is residential or commercial
Gather data to seek information of Building Managers, Building owners & Council boundaries.
Allocate sites to be surveyed by contractors and track the timeline
Update/populate portal based on the details provided by the contractor.
Analyze and response to all escalated concern and issue from other group and counterparts
Raise invoice and PO's
Prepare Letter for Site Inspection
Prepare Land Access and Activity Notice Form for posting
Review proposals and plans based on contractor's site survey
Assess proposed location/state of facilities in the building
Analyze and draw civil works & internal building plans
Update project tracking with both current and internal progress and contractors' progress
Performs daily updates and maintain accurate documentation of each project.
Archive necessary documents and provide report
