The Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:
Project Administrative Aide VI
Outsourced
SG 9 - Php 19,593.00/mo
Qualification:
Completion of 2-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course;
Preferably a BS Degree holder in Management, Office Administration, or other related field;
With at least one (1) year of relevant experience;
With at least four (4) hours of relevant training;
Experience in Procurement Management is an advantage;
Must have effective organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Must know how to use in computer office applications (presentation preparation, spreadsheets, MS word);
Must be team-player, good working attitude, commitment and dedication and can work with minimum supervision.
Job Description:
Provides assistance to Section Chief focusing on: recording and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents of the section;
Manages Procurement Information System and PhilGEPS Account, provide assistance during BAC activities;
Provides assistance on the compliance to DBM and COA;
Performs other duties and functions that will be assigned from time to time.
