CAREER OBJECTIVE:
The Project/Cost Accounting Officer is a financial specialist who can determine, review (assist in material canvass) all the actual cost associated to our glass project's services and manufacturing. The function involves systematic tabulations & logical presentation of numeric data in rows and columns to facilitate comparison and cost analysis. The tabulation report facilitates comparison bringing related information close to each other and helps in further statistical analysis and interpretation for use in management's decision making on project executions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Accounting/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably someone who has a considerable number of years of experience working for a construction related industry (definitely a plus factor).
Preferably residing within Marikina or Pasig area
Willing to render overtime when necessity arises.

TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Will maintain and update raw material pricing book of company's various suppliers
2. PAO should be able to reduce the bulk of information, i.e., raw data in a simplified and meaningful form so that it could it cane easily be comprehended by lay-man in less time.
3. PAO can bring out the "essential features" of the data. He/She must have the presentation skill that displays clearly and precisely, highlighting these essential features may it be in text and/or symbols and/or legends or combination.
4. PAO should be able to facilitate an effective comparison of data in rows and columns that would be helpful in stimulation solutions and arriving at the good decision making.
5. PAO can facilitate percentage analysis in graduation for profit margin determination to enhance our competitiveness in price biddings.
6. Will develop, update and improve the Company's existing cost template (W&D calculator software) on windows and doors and will develop new ones as the need arises.
7. Preparation of the project's cost analysis data in its existing format for coordination and presentation to the project manager and the managing director.
8. Preparation of draft Sales Quotations for tally with the cost analysis data for coordination and presentation to the Sales Representative / Sales Manager and the Managing Director.
9. Identification of cost risks and recommending the appropriation of sufficient allowances to ensure project's profit margin projections are attained.
10. PAO must have the ability for process improvement, cost reduction, efficiency, internal control improvement's and creative to introduce a faster result.
11. Create/prepare spread and budget of release schedule of weekly payroll based on progress of work accomplishment per project.
12. PAO will prepare project billings and will assist in payment collections.
13. PAO will prepare payment for suppliers based appropriated budget.
14. PAO will monitor disbursement of expenses and budgets on materials, see executions do not overshoot the budget.
15. PAO must have the ability to prepare regular report
