Key Responsibilities:
Supporting SG Project Accountant in handling day-to-day tasks, such as completing Workflow requests: Invoicing, Project Revenue recognition and Project closing requests, Credit Note processing, and providing support to Singapore Market Unit.
Assisting in overseeing the financial aspects of a project as it progresses, and be involved in month-end closing activities, preparing accounting journal entries, analyzing various reports such WIP report, Unbilled Receivables, Unearned Revenue, AR Aging report.
Balance Sheet reconciliation related to Project accounts and providing monthly SOX Compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy Graduate or any related Finance course.
1-2 years working experience with project accounting-related work experience, using automated financial systems.
Experience in Shared Services environment would be an advantage.
Has above average computer literacy especially in the use of MS Office applications and has experience working on huge database.
Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Excel and Word
Self-starter results oriented and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Experience in using ERP systems such as Oracle Accounting System
High sense of urgency, multi-tasking and can prioritize in fast paced environment and with exceptional time management skills.
Exposure in international and multi-cultural environment.
